How do you take care your soul????

Today's reflection really give me idea to write here in my blogger because I'm out of ideas and topic to share. TAKE CARE YOUR SOUL!!! struck me most during our silence period. I want to share more but only limited 3-5 sentences each reflection unless it is required more than 5 sentences.

Our world is full of temptations and we all know it. Everyday, every time every body commit since most common DISHONESTY. Yes, dishonesty is the common sin we did. No break for telling lie because if you tell the truth you might be put on jail, embarrass, etc. In our autograph, we always says "Honesty is the Best Policy" as our motto but do we tell the truth??????

My life is challenged if I tell the truth I could help this person from imprisonment in temptations, sins and darkness. If i wouldn't this person will kept on repeating and repeating this sin until nothing left to this person. His/her friends and schoolmates hates his/her, His/her family will get ashamed with their OWN child doing scandalous activities on public or in school, whoever surrounds his/her will never accept of what he/she really are, no one will understand their state. How poor their life are!!! This is caused by too much stress and they feel their parents don't love them anymore.


In my case today, I have lots of secrets to tell. For deep reason, I just call this person "Lizzie" This secrets are very confidential and for me Lizzie is crazy because she don't realize anymore what she's doing. Always disobeying rules, not participating in class discussion for the reason of tired and boring and she LIES. For the sake of no friends will loose from her, she lies so that she will safe from judgements that will make her ashamed. Opposite and worst happens, all of her friends hates her and treat her crazy. She's so annoying, irritating, disgusting, stupid.. every negative words you want to describe her. Even though I hate "Lizzie" she's still a person if Jesus can forgive why not we can't forgive. If you also experienced this situation too think this options and you can help. It's none of our business to help because its there life. But help them to be better not to worst....

There's only two options to me:

1. Tell the truth so that I can help her from problems and I'm free from conscience
2. Do not tell the truth and let my classmate tease, hates and bak bite her

These two options will challenged me and you!!!! If you are in my state NOW!! which option will you chose????

PIranha Bonding and Obsession!!!

Sunday, October 10, 2010, I and my close friends have a private bonding with each other. It is Mem's (Ma. Camille Demaisip) Belated Birthday celebration in SM City's Shakeys!!! But before the treat lunch of Mem we went to down town for the project in journalism. We have much fun and many people was looking at us thinking we are insane or "MANUL" hahahaha....

After we have taken our lunch, we excitedly went to 3rd floor because we will watch Piranha 3D movie (that's my idea of Piranha Bonding). We have free popcorns and we go on rush at Cinema 5, we are all excited. We were seated at the front so that we can't see everything besides the screen. Since before I'm so excited that every word comes out of my mouth is PIRANHA!!!!

I say to you after we watched the movie, I can't help myself to talk about Piranha. I also said to them that next year maybe my notebooks, shirts, all my things are labelled and designed like a piranha, even my shoes and pets!!! hahahaha...

I enjoy bonding with Piranha and I will love them!!!!

EXAMS!!!

Last October 7-9, 2010, examinations for grades 4-6 and high school students was taken place in there own classrooms. Students were cramming and excited because after our last exams is a new quarter also plays for CAE and CAF (high school students only). Students making their own notes for this particular subject. Some are taking tutorials especially in Mathematics, Physics and other subjects that they find it hard. Now examination is over!!! and it is party party!!! for play is coming nearer and nearer... YOOHOOO!!!! Some classes might be taken over to us for practice and also the intense feeling for winning the play....

Piranha!! ALERT!!!

PIRANHA IS COMING!!! Swim as fast you could!!! if you don't want to DIE!!!!!

Piranhas are carnivorous fishes, they only it flesh but nothing besides flesh. If you have a chance to visit a lake full of Piranhas, be careful and be prepared because you might slipped and you can no longer escape from the school of piranha, feasting your flesh. They eat like just your sudden glimpse of your eye, its predator has to finish. This October 8, 2010, prepared to be sensitive of what you're doing, Piranha 3D showing nationwide!! Pretty interesting right?? I and my classmates are very excited to watch this movie. Never mind about the movie Piranha, I want to concentrate to the main reason why I keep talking and introducing to you about Piranha. There's someone I annoyed and got irritated to this person.

The piranhas are can't be describe as a fish only, they can also be a attitude/characteristics of a person. Those persons that have sinned IMMORALITY, LUST and SELFISH. They don't care of what they're doing. Having relationship with same gender, playing with their bodies(pre-marital sex), etc. They only think about theirselves, don't mind what some people concerns and care. But who cares about them even answering assignments and doing such group activities, they don't cooperate. Even though I'm so mad and got irrated with them, I'll still care for them. I want to help but they don't want to accept help from others(help to change their attittude). Nothing can do just pray for them but praying for them is not enough, we should make actions.

Every time I attend masses, I just pray for this person that someday she may realize how people around them is willing to help and welcome them to a new world with GOD. Even how many times we back bite them, we should still love them because they are the children of God. If Jesus and God could forgive, we too can forgive.

How can we master MATH!?

INEQUALITIES? SQUARE ROOT? RADICAL EXPRESSIONS? EXPONENTS? woah!!! Is this related in our daily life? Do you think if we buy a canned goods, we used THESE equations? As a student I observed that some of my classmates and schoolmates got high scores in quizzes, mastery tests and quarter examinations. How they can easily master MATHEMATICS/ARITHMETHIC!? Only having tutorial or remedial every free time or after afternoon classes is the only to catch up your LOW scores in quizzes and exams!!! How can I get (O) grade in Math???? (sigh).
One time I checked my facebook account and something video clip really struck me that would help us to master mathematics. I watched and witnessed the beauty of Mathematics, also I discovered the true meaning of mathematics in our lives.

Introduction for REAL!!

Name? Age? Gender? Address?These are the usual question that they ask to you may it be on chat, text or during job interview. Why we need to ask others these question? Because you want to know them better. By the way, I am Carolyn Therese M. Caguing, 13 going to 14 this November, Female and I live in Blk 5 Lot 1 Emerald St. Savannah Glades, Oton. Just it, I want a little privacy about myself. In Japanese, Watashi wa Carolyn Therese Caguing..... stop here because I've already introduce myself. Since I was still young, most of my aunts, uncles, amigo and amigas of my parents asked me about my self, "Teteng, Ano pangalan mo? Ilan ang edad mo?" Something like that and I would just answer "Teteng!!, three!!", weird right?? But I'm still young. Now, every time they ask me I just simply say HI! and smile, it is because I'm shy or I'm bored introducing myself again and again.

Another thing, every new school year, classrooms is filled of introduction to one another. "Hi I'm ...., I'm lived in ..., I'm ..." always. right? I know you're agree of what I'm saying. I know it is normal introducing yourself but duh, another way that is not boring, more fun and show off talents that's what I meant and I want. Even though I can't do it but I hope someone will do it for entertainment because he/she knows when the class starts boredom and sleepiness will prevail sometime. Doesn't matter if what kind of introduction you do, what kind of information you share but as long as you gave joy and goodness to others..

Summary of my CENTENNIAL MEMORIES

It is been a long time that I was not able to wrote on my blog. Well, I did not accomplished the 9 blogs requirement of Mr. Gerano. No Internet connection, hectic schedules and back to back projects for the first quarter are the reasons that I did not wrote on my blog. Before I start my new blog, I want to share my experiences during the Centennial Celebration here in school. From Taize Prayer, Centennial Fun Run, Centennial Mass and later of those back to back schedules is our First Quarter examination(another brain breaking activity), but never mind about exams. Taize Prayer.... First Time in the Assumption, supposed to be that is my next blog after True or False???? I did not publish it because it is unfinished and it is been a month since I wrote it.



Assumption Iloilo, having its first Centennial Celebration making the whole campus very busy and too many schedules. Singing Practice for Centennial Mass in Jaro Cathedral, practice for panto mine (teatro club members), every corner, every student, everybody were busy. Even though we are all busy, we have fun, we enjoy or let say in Tagalog SULIT. While during our Centennial Fun Run/Walk, it was GREAT!!! When Mayor Jed Patrick Mabilog said that Let the Fun Run starts, everybody are preparing, when he said GO!!! Everybody were running and jogging, at first but when we reach the shell station, almost everybody are walking. Me too I walk, no choice because my friend wont run so I walk also. After the long fun run, everybody experiencing body ache, everybody were thirsty (all they want, WATER) RUN RUN RUN and WALK, Centennial Fun Run/WALK. It is SO FUN that Assumption Iloilo wants me to stay here more than 4 years but I want to go college... I LOVE ASSUMPTION.

Celebrating 100 YEARS!

10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!! Ooops, it is not yet new year, It's HAPPY CENTENNIAL YEAR!!! The excitement, the happiness, the ughh... I can't describe my feelings anymore but only too much excitement for the upcoming centennial years of the Assumption. Facilitators, staffs, nuns and students that are preparing for the upcoming celebration are very excited and busy. Preparing for the songs to sing, inviting old Assumption girls and boys, organizing activities, etc. But before we welcome the centennial celebration, let us recall the activities we did when we start the countdown.

What the first thing you thought when your school will celebrate its 10 years, 50 years or 100 years? Of course, lots of activities, no class for 3 days, many visitors to come, etc. Do you thought who established your school? Who are the principals? the former adviser of your classroom? Whatever. Let's concentrate in one topic, the celebration of the Assumption on its 100 years. Let me recall the events, activities and happiness we did last school year.

Everything is new for me when I enter the big walls of the Assumption-Iloilo. New faces, new classmates, new facilitators, new staffs,etc. Also the school, the education that they give to us, the rules and the challenges. Well, I am very lucky for having Assumption-Iloilo as my school for my higher level education.

Assumption is celebrating its 100 years of spreading the five values; faith, love, truth, justice and peace. There are lots of events happened for just 10 months (including this school year). Vespers, Foundation Mass, Pet Fair, Career week, etc. But studying in the Assumption makes me happy because I experienced something special than my school when I'm still in grade school. The learners here are all thoughtful, friendly and understanding.The facilitators are all nice in values even the way they teach me. The nuns are reaching out with the students.

True or FALSE?!

Did you read or watched some gossips, scary videos, rumors and death chains on the net? Won't you find yourself confused of which is true or not? If not, well you're lucky but for those who are really confused, me too.

I loved searching for scary videos and pictures, maybe because for some sort of fun. Except this story that make me cry and cannot sleep for 3 nights, it is about the Smith Sisters who were skinned alive. There we read rumors of re post it we will be KILLED. We searched her picture and it is true, that's why I really cried and
think deeply. After reading the death chain, I will never ever read scary death chains anymore. Only videos and Philippine Scary Stories not American Scary Stories.

The Day after my First Blog

Ohhh!! It is now Tuesday and I just posted my first blog last night... So I am really excited to make my new blog for today. Well, I can't sleep last night just because of creepy nightmares. Well at least it did not affected my class participation at my subject teachers and can still active as usual times.... Yesterday we don't have class because it is Independence Day Celebration and today it is Tuesday, first day of classes for today. We have our flag ceremony first and then morning praise after that go straight to the classroom. In our journalism class, I find it interesting because he will give us a little paper with his signature so that when it is time for him to compute our grades he can easily compute our grades fair and square. That's why lots of us really recite even it just a try so that we can get that small thing with his signature.
Today, I really find myself active and participate well at the class.

Meet another Year

For a few 2 months, I've spent my vacation together with my family and friends. Of course, everybody wants to make their own vacation memorable, productive and enjoyable, who says that someone wants to get bored this summer. That's why we went to the other places with my family and have a good time with my relatives. But I am still studying, of course another school year is waiting for me. It is hard to say that vacation is over and I am not anymore a Freshman.
Last week the class started and I am really excited to meet again my friends, classmates, schoolmates and new faces. For two days, we have our orientation about school and classroom S.O.P's, meeting our new facilitators in the subject area, sectioning,etc. On the next 3 days, it is our subject area orientation, I met my facilitator in Science, Social Studies, Journalism, Physical Education, MathematicsII, Computer, HCRA, CLE, Statistics, and CAF.
Well, this five days is not yet over. May there is new adventures, activities, fun,etc. will happen in the future.
